2K Tampa Bay Application Process

This Expression of Interest and Membership Payment form starts the process of applying to a BNI Chapter for 2K Tampa Bay.  There are 3 easy steps to complete, please complete them all now, not waiting between steps:  

1. Complete the Expression of Interest and Membership Payment form below. (about 3 minutes to complete)
2. Complete an Online Membership Interview.  (about 6 minutes to complete)
3. Complete BNI Membership Application.  (about 12 minutes to complete)
